During the last year of her degree she was beneficiary of a Collaboration Fellowship awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Education. That allowed her to carry out a research in the Department of Chemistry of the Universit\u00e9 de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Wallonie-Bruxelles, les Facult\u00e9s universitaires Notre-Dame de la Paix (FUNDP) in Namur, Belgium. In addition, during her degree she also obtained two JAE-Intro fellowships (2008 and 2010) for the research activities at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0931ca4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0931ca4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She carried out her PhD (ULL, 2012-2017) focused on the development of new methodologies for the evaluation of estrogenic compounds in food and environmental samples. She obtaining the Extraordinary Prize given by the ULL. During this period, she realized two stays at the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) in Prague, Czech Republic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45c7705 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"45c7705\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B\u00e1rbara has participated in several international, national, and regional research projects related to the application of sustainable procedures for the analysis of organic compounds. After her PhD, she worked as a technician at the Agroalimentary Techniques Service of the General Services of Research Support at the ULL (2017-2018) using the state-of-the art of chromatography and detection techniques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b87202 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b87202\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2018-2019) she worked as temporary lecturer in Analytical Chemistry teaching in the Chemistry, Environmental Sciences and pharmacy degree&#8217;s and in the chemistry master\u2019s degree (ULL). She has supervised several Final degree and Final master\u2019s degree Projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4cd402 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4cd402\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Green Technology Group (GTG) in the Department of Chemistry of the University of Lund (Sweden) supported by a fellow funding by Carl Trygger Foundation. There she carried out the development of new methodologies for the determination of vitamin D and its metabolites in biological samples based on the application of supercritical fluids and mass spectrometry.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9d5e8c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9d5e8c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In May 2020 se joined the Laboratory of Foodomics at the Institute of Food Science Research (CIAL, CSIC) in Madrid as \u201cJuan de la Cierva Formaci\u00f3n\u201d postdoctoral researcher, participating on the evaluation of contaminant in valorized food by-products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4508144 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4508144\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently she is working as Assistant Professor at the Division of Analytical Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry (ULL), and develops her research activities at the research group AQAIMPA (ULL).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section
